Sr. Human Resources Manager
Renée Dills joined the Windward Life Care Human Resources team in March, 2014. Renée holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature – English Education from Point Loma Nazarene University and earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2013. Renée brings with her over a decade of combined experience in human resources, operations management, and retail/customer service management. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is a Certified Professional (CP).
