Clients who need ongoing assistance with cooking, housekeeping, bathing, dressing, and other daily tasks would most benefit from regular visits from our highly trained home care aides. The level of support from home care aides can range from a few hours per week to 24/7 care, depending on each client’s particular needs.
Our services ensure clients get the help they need while also relieving family caregivers.
Home care aides are supervised by our Aging Life Care Managers®, who ensure the care plan is being followed. They monitor home care aides’ performance through regular home visits and phone check-ins. The Aging Life Care Manager works with the client and family to determine the home care schedule that will work best to support their goals.
Through our integrated model of care, clients benefit from the combined skills of everyone on the Windward team. This includes expertise in social work, nursing, dementia care, and other related fields.
