Kimberly recently joined Windward Life Care through the acquisition of Lifeline Care at Home. As Director of Operations with Windward, Kim’s role is to ensure the business side of our operation is running effectively, enabling other team members to focus on the care and support of Windward’s clients.
Kim has over 30 years of experience in accounting, human resources, labor law, benefits, corporate insurance, and business taxes. Her work experience has included working with CPA firms, restaurant corporations, manufacturing companies, and for the last five years, home care. Kim’s intimate knowledge of various business models enables her to remain flexible, shifting gears to remain compliant with ever-changing laws and regulations, while remaining diligent and committed to the company’s success.
