Aging Life Care Manager IITamera joined the Windward team in 2017 bringing with her 20 years of elder care experience. She began her career as a facility caregiver and later become the director of a memory care program before transitioning to home-based care. Our clients, their families and our Home Care Aides benefit from Tamera’s in-depth knowledge of care systems in San Diego and detailed care planning. A Certified Dementia Practitioner, she is adept at engaging people living with cognitive impairment and supporting their care teams.
