Richard SimPayroll Specialist
Richard joined the Windward Life Care team in 2020 as the Payroll Specialist. He has almost 20 years of finance and accounting experience in an array of industries, including banking, real estate and transportation. He has held various position titles, from manager to payroll administrator, acquiring a very unique and diverse skill set. Richard is fueled by his passion to help others in any capacity. He treats colleagues and clients as his own customers. Richard has a penchant for efficiency, vastly improving existing processes and implementing new procedures to streamline productivity.
"I've always enjoyed interacting with older adults in my professional work experience. I was drawn to Windward's mission of helping our clients age well, as well as supporting the dedicated Home Care Aides that assist our clients. My goal as Payroll Specialist is to ensure accuracy for our employees so they can focus on providing the best care possible."
