Client Services Representative
Neda Moore brings 10 years of experience providing quality service and working with clients to her role as Windward’s Client Services Representative. Primarily responsible for managing internal sales, she works with potential clients and new clients, collecting and processing their information to ensure a smooth assessment and customer relations experience. Neda draws on her background in healthcare and sales, and a passion for serving others. Neda also works with the Director of Business Development to support Windward’s marketing efforts.
Joining the Windward team was an organic and seamless decision for me. I was especially drawn to Windward’s unwavering commitment to a team-oriented approach, their profound dedication to their clients, employees, and the community at large. Working with older adults has always been a personal passion, as I find great joy in hearing their life stories and experiences. Having had a parent diagnosed with a serious health condition, I empathize with families facing an overwhelming number of choices and navigating the complex variables associated with intense treatments. I am excited to contribute my personal understanding, empathy, and professional expertise to support families during these challenging times and to make a difference in their lives.
