Denille “Dee” Castillo MHRM, SHRM-CP
Director of Human ResourcesDee brings more than a decade of high-level professional experience in human resources to her duties as Director of Human Resources. She began her career in HR at a large regional hospital and most recently served as Human Resources Manager at a premier behavioral health provider that employs over 600 clinicians in eight states. In addition to her extensive experience with a wide variety of HR processes and systems, Dee is highly organized and an excellent communicator. She holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from National University and received her SHRM certification in February 2020. Dee earned a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Planning from the University of California, San Diego.
