Staffing Coordinator

Claudia joined the Windward Life Care team in 2019. In her current role as Staffing Coordinator, she handles Home Care Aide scheduling with a keen eye toward matching the right HCA with the right client. Other duties include managing scheduling changes and requests and tracking HCA hours as part of the payroll and billing processes. Claudia is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and has provided direct care to clients in both home and facility settings. Having worked with many families in her role as Social Service Designee in the skilled nursing environment, Claudia has a deep appreciation for the role of caregivers and understands the support older and disabled adults need to enjoy good quality of life.
