Claudia OlveraStaffing Coordinator
Claudia joined the Windward Life Care team in 2019. In her current role as Staffing Coordinator, she handles Home Care Aide scheduling with a keen eye toward matching the right HCA with the right client. Other duties include managing scheduling changes and requests and tracking HCA hours as part of the payroll and billing processes. Claudia is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and has provided direct care to clients in both home and facility settings. Having worked with many families in her role as Social Service Designee in the skilled nursing environment, Claudia has a deep appreciation for the role of caregivers and understands the support older and disabled adults need to enjoy good quality of life.
"Having past experience working with older adults as a care provider and advocate, I know there are obstacles facing clients and their families. For example, family members are not always able to provide the care their loved one needs around the clock. It has been rewarding for me to walk with clients and their families through the journey of aging. I have always loved to help people and becoming a caregiver for those in need was one of the best decisions I have made. As a Staffing Coordinator, my goal is to make sure our clients and their families receive excellent service and feel supported.”
