Chelsea KennedyVice President, Client Services, and Administrator - Windward Home Health
As Vice President of Client Services, Chelsea ensures the quality of Aging Life Care Professional services and caregiver services. She also serves as Administrator of Windward Home Health, a position she has held since 2020. Chelsea originally joined Windward Life Care in 2018 as the Area Manager for North County, and the following year, she became Windward Home Health’s Operations Manager. Chelsea received her B.A. in Societal Communications from Point Loma Nazarene University. She has nearly a decade of combined management experience in home care, operations, sales, marketing, and recruiting. At Windward Life Care, Chelsea manages the North County office while overseeing the Director of Clinical Services in hiring, training, and supervision of the Aging Life Care Managers. She also supervises the Director of Business Development in the development and evaluation of sales programs, creating and implementing sales plans, evaluating the success of digital marketing efforts, and meeting revenue targets.
