From taking a client for a sunny visit to Balboa Park to developing a new procedure that improves office efficiency, Windward encourages staff to try something new and step “outside the box.” We even have a Fun Committee that is constantly devising new ways to lighten things up and offer a change of pace. With a large percentage of our team working in the field, we love planning creative ways to connect with each other.
